information regarding the final 2020 grading

Hi everyone,

I want to cover a few details regarding the next few weekstraining and the Grading.

SITF KIDS: i.e children in the Monday and Wednesday classes from4pm-4.55pm

Firstly I need to remind parents that I will not be able to runclasses on Wednesday the 3rd December since I am booked in to have a hipreplacement operation the day before. Hopefully, I will be sufficientlyrecovered to guide the class the following Monday, but I will keep everyoneapprised if that is not the case.

Secondly, the grading for these children will be held on Sunday the 20thDecember at the Dojang, (12 Ashbolt Crescent) commencing promptly at 9am andshould be completed by 9.30am. Parents are encouraged to attend to see theprogress of their child. The cost of this grading was included in the initialfee that parents paid when the child joined the school and so there will be nocharge associated with this grading. Please let me know if your child cannotattend this grading, but note that this event has been flagged on our calendarall year. We would prefer that all students attend the grading on this day.

SITF Youths, i.e. children who attend classes on Monday and Wednesday from 5pmtill 5.55pm.

The grading for these Students will be held on Sunday the 20th Decemberat the Dojang, (12 Ashbolt Crescent) commencing promptly at 11am and should becompleted by 2pm. Please note that the decision as to whether a student should performtheir grading is made by the Instructor and his assistants, not the student. This is because only the Instructor has the insight into whether the student iscapable of passing the test since the Instructor determines the standard.Students need to trust the experience of the Instructor to determine thisability and inform the student whether they are ready to test.

Should you have any questions regarding the grading or otherwiseplease feel free to contact me on this e-mail or the number below.

Regards
