Master Weston has organised online classes for all our regular classes using "zoom meetings". If you are currently a member and wish to participate in your usual training you should have received an invitation by now. If you haven't please send an e-mail or message to Master Weston and he will add you.
If you are not a current member but want to try a class or two at no charge send an e-mail to steve@southernitf.com and Master Weston will send you an invitation to join a class.
Our regular timetable is being followed for all Taekwon-Do classes. The timetable can be found on the "Timetable and Costs" tab.
